My symptoms:

1. visual snow 2. palinopsia (afterimages) 3. trails 4. Increased Scheerer's phenomenon (aka blue field entropic phenomenon) seen vividly on virtually all white and blue backgrounds, indoors or out. 5. auras around lights  6. cell-like floaters   7. pulse in eyes (more visible against white backgrounds) 8. tinnitus 9. pulse in back of my head when exercising or after drinking hot liquids 10. red ear syndrome 11. bubbling in ears (especially when I first wake up) 12. crunchy sounds in ears when I make a swallowing motion

Gradual onset, steadily progressive.
