I haven't seen this symptom listed anywhere yet, so I thought I'd throw this out there. Are any of you familiar with this?
Sometimes, especially when I'm reading text (especially online), my eyes 'jitter' for a split second, it's disruptive when trying to read without becoming painfully conscious of it and the feeling it causes. What I'm talking about manifests as a very brief physical jittering of both eyes together (I don't mean the feeling that part of your vision is jittering, I know that's common-ish among VS'ers, I get that too when I close my eyes sometimes, especially after just having looked into a bright light, or perceive a visual jitter it in the corner of my eye for a few seconds from time to time).
A few months back I'd have said physical jitters so bad I had to strain myself to read anything online, and would constantly have to ignore a 'tickly strain' feeling in my eye muscles, and put up with quite a few jitters. Since then, it's gotten substantially better, but I'm still prone to the occasional eye jitter when I'm tired and I've been reading text for a prolonged period of time. This isn't a voluntary movement, it happens involuntarily. I'm not sure if it's a physical anxiety symptom (of which I've had quite a few this past year), or if it's actually VS-related. It's not more than a mild occasional annoyance, yet still.
