Does anyone else get twitches that last an entire day, or several hours at least?
There's a muscle right under my left eye that's been twitching uncontrollably all day.It's driving me insane.Also having occasional twitching in my
thigh and arm.One day my entire thumb was moving around on it's own for 20 minutes.. I'm starting to think it's some mild form of brain damage or
something 
.

I get it- quite a few people on here have complained of the twitching. Get yourself on some magnesium and eat some bananas for the potassium. It may help (as
it has for a number of others, and myself).
The eyelid one has got to be the most annoying, but I also get a twitching in my right thumb and in one little muscle in my thigh. >3 doctors told me not to worry about it. |

I can get the eye twitches so bad my vision is jumping around all over the place... and sometimes it lasts for days. Seems worse when stress levels are really
high.

I usually get twitching on my eyelid if I'm really tired or stressed. I got it really bad under my eye once, that was interesting. Thankfully it only
lasted a couple days. I've also gotten it in between my index finger and thumb and my thigh.

Eye twitching is quite common but if you are concerned id go see a . Coutney I also get twitching in the index, thumb area myself it lats a few days sometimes.
I found out that if I drink v8 it helps because it is real high in potassium, bananas are good too. Also dehydration can cause the twitching

i used to get a lot of twitching but i have noticed when i am calm, busy and just generally living the twitches are very few and rare.

One day before the onset of my VS i noticed that my upper right eyelid was twitching uncontrolably and quite regularly. At first i thought it would go away
after a good nights sleep but the next day it still twitched. It has been roughly a month since i got VS and the twitching has subsided, it has not completely
gone but its occurence has lessened. It doesnt really annoy me that much, but if it lasts a long time then i can get quite agitated, but so far this has not
happened. Just a minor problem.
