I've reported my twitching thumb a few times, including one night when it woke me from a deep sleep, but I managed to catch it on film tonight.
Unfortunately the big twitch had calmed down before I thought to get the camera, these are smaller "after twitches".
The twitching always seems to be preceded then accompanied by bad tingling in the the fleshy part of the palm near the thumb that spreads up the thumb itself. It is always my right hand. The Neuro-Muscular clinic believes I may have Hemiplegic Migraines - the problem seems to be on my left side though. I've also had problems with my right knee wobbling today - it felt like a reflex action, I do have clonus in both legs, have had it all my life, it 'felt' similar to the clonus bounce... I've had these problems with my right knee since getting VS before and ended up falling down twice because of it.
I still assume this twitching is a Topamax side effect, I'm going to start ramping down next week and I'll see if the problem gets worse or better.

FYI, I've had a rough 4 or 5 days with almost constant headaches, only 3/10 on my pain scale, the VS has been worse, tinitus also worse than usual, brain fog attacks 2 or 3 times a day, weakness/muscle fatigue is worse, mental fatige is worse. And something new! I expect it may have something to do with the clumsyness moving to my right side - today for around 10 minutes I couldn't write. Well, I tried to write "Between now and June 5th" I eventually got the "B" done and it looked like my 3 year old wrote it, it was wobbly and the two bumps were mis-sized, and it took me around 5 seconds to make it...
