First of, im sorry for my bad English. I'll try my best to write as correctly as I can.'m,
Well it started about half a year ago. But to tell the whole story I think I have to go even more back.
I'm a professional swimmer and we were in a training camp in Spain. Neither the town nor the hotal were very clean. Anyhow, I got ill, which was nothing special because evryone had been ill at that time even before the camp started. But it really hit me hard. I got strong headaches and felt very sick. After one training I nearly collapsed and so I went straight into my bed. I was forced to stop exercising. After we flew home everyone said that I was looking kind of pale and weak. Although I felt normal again I still had these strong headaches and it felt like my head was exploding. Well the headaches went away and I thought I was fit again. Well I guess I was wrong because a few weaks after that I got an opticus neuritis (don't know the english word for that). I needed to go to the hospital and make a few tests. I made an MRI and had an Lymbalpunction. On the way to another test (it was in an eye clinic) it hit me again: I got headaches again and started to feel very sick. Everything was so bright and loud and stressful. During the test I felt so bad that the had to stop it. They told me it was an side effect of cortisone, which I was given. I was driven back to the hospital and I darkened my room and slept. I felt better again.
After they cured me from my opticus neuritis ( I could see 100% again) they told me that they couldn't find a reason for my opticus neuritis and there was nothing special with the results. So far so good. I was seeing perfectly normal and didn't have these headaches anymore. I lived a few months happily again (it was summer),. bought myself a RayBan so the sun couldn't stress my eyes. Everything was fine. I had holiday when I started to play a football game called PES on PC. I somehow got addicted to that game because it was so good. One day I played it all the day (of course with breaks like eating and for toilet), Well I wish I hadn't. Because after I went to bed and woke up in the morning I started to have Visual Snow. First I thought it was an opticus neuritis again because it looked pretty similiar. It was just not that bad. Well I went to an eye doctor which is a friend of mine, I know that he is a very good doctor and an eye specialist. He told me my eyes were totally normal. I accepted this because the VS wasn't too bad at that time. I went to an Neurologist and he made some tests like standing on one leg and balancing and so on. So nothing special. He told me that I wouldn't have to worry and I should calm down. He said It was probably the stress which was coming out in the holiday.
Right now, half a year later the symptoms have worsened. But I don't know what to do since I have gone to several doctors but they have no Idea what I'm talking about. It has certainly nothing to do with my eyes because I have now been to four different eye doctors and everyone said my eyes were alright.
Things I had half a year ago:
-Virtual snow
-Floaters
-Some strange black point that I had in my view. It's like a floater but you can't see through it.
Things that I have now:
-Visual snow (got worse)
-seeing retinal white blood cells (very annoing)
-Floaters
-that strange black point
-tinnitus
-neck problems (maybe has nothing to do with it)
-halo effects at night
