I get the same with my left-side weakness and twitching/jerking/soreness. - it's a bit more complex though.

It starts with the Weakness - it makes me stressed and makes me rest.

When at rest and stressed I start to twitch and jerk in my arms and legs

The worry of parkinson's causes more anxiety and stress, which makes me twitch and jerk more

Movement relieves the twitching and jerking, so I walk around, this also relieves stress and anxiety sometimes, but my left side gets very tired and sore.

So I sit down and rest, and start twitching...
