Hi guys,
when it's dark outsight, I see symmetric light with decreasing intensity around street lamps (similar to the natural lunar corona, e.g. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild:Lunarcorona.jpg ).
I always thought it's because light reflection in the atmosphere. However, at the weekend I looked at a street lamp which was paritally hidden by a tree trunk, so the corona should also be hidden by the trunk. But, I still saw the corona (as if it was shining thru the trunk), so it's not "physically" located around the light source, but must be created somehow/somewhere in my eye/brain.
Normal/abnormal?
Regards
