My snow is kind of like magic-eye pictures in that both the left and right 'eyes' have fields that can be shifted around until they overlay.

I hold a finger out a foot away from my face and focus on it. I bring it towards my forehead and keep focusing on it. Then I touch my forehead and keep focusing on the tip of it as if it kept going into my head. I feel like I am focusing at points inside of my head.

The snow has turned into several complex forms before. It's actually rather frightening because of how sophisticated and highly resolved they are.

I'll keep it short and list a few of the things I've seen, dim/dark light:

* Jellyfish and other sea animals swimming around.
* An octopus tentacle rolling itself up backwards.
* Crystal lattices (like illustrations from a chemistry book).
* Alien critters - they look like biology book wireframe drawings of virus phages.
* Bacteria.
* Fractals - Mandelbrot, and a grid of spinning bacteria spirals (like the patterns on ties, bandanas).
* Winamp visuals - Specifically: Duo - Hash the Planet, Tuggumi - Let me out!, UnConeD - Containment, Tuggummi - Club Seizure (color enhanced mix), and UnConeD - Zero-G Maze II. Only these five. It is as if the winamp window was wired directly to my brain.
* "Jelly walls" that inflate and breath. Its as if I'm in a purple room with walls that stretch/grow in a breathing/pulsing manner into a large box.
* Wireframe spheres.
* A Maze, Labyrinth. A -field- of interwoven swastikas.
* Also a single swastika with four dots in the inner rectangular areas, one per box.
* DNA. I had an episode where I watched a strand (like a tangled up piece of yarn, with straight segments) be read/recreated. The vision would zoom in and out and rotate from the individual element level up to the whole strand. The zooming happened REALLY fast, like 20-50 transitions per second, as a guesstimation.
* PEOPLE.

Usually the snow, which is predominantly purple and black and flickers maybe around 50-60 pulses/sec(?), begins to flash slower and slower (10fps, 5fps) but becoming more of a pure black/white flash. When that happens I will see something of the 'photorealistic' kind: People, sea creatures, DNA, jellyfish. It looks like they are purple and blue holograms. They move incredibly smoothly (way smoother and more fluid than anything seen with the eyes).

The other visions are 'synthetic'. These are the fractals, winamp visuals, labyrinths, atomic lattices. If they are 3d, they look like some vector-graphics 3d game. Like virtualboy or the old star-wars arcade game. The 2d visuals are the fractals. These are like looking in a kaleidoscope. And again the speed and fluidity of them is nothing short of mind-boggling.

I remember doing calculus homework in highschool and stressing the brain to visualize some kind of 3D shape or curve... Then stuff like this happens automatically with out any effort on my part. I'm amazed that my brain didn't explode or melt in their generation.
