I have a great big secret,
That no one else can know.
My vision's filled with really strange stuff,
Like fog and rain and snow.
The blue sky swims with sparkles,
And white things turn to black.
Oh, how I wish I had,
My normal vision back!
Straight lines look so wavy,
And objects disappear.
Flashing, flickering, shadows, and trails,
And now buzzing in my ears.
The tests, they come back normal.
I wish that one would show,
Why my right eye sees just darkness,
Why square things have a glow.
No one can know my secret.
I know that they will say,
"Call the men in little white suits,
And carry her away!"
