I have this pressure on the rideside of my head 24/7 and its really annoying, its very hard to concentrate with this pressure. It's a well known hppd symptome so i dont't expect much people on this forum have this symptom, but i'm curious. Plz let me know, Pieter.

I once asked alexx who reported a very good idea for presentation in a drawing, but unfortunately he didn't produce the image and he hasn't been on the board for ages.

DP/DR isn't really visual, but it does have certain visual "feelings", like a tunneling or darkening of the periphery and separation from the surrounding environment. Regular Visitor Posts: 187 01/15/08 7:04 AM	DP/DR feels just like having a lucid dream, you are aware of things but they all don't actually come to realisation anymore. I've seen someone posting a interesting article about a prolonged state of REM Sleep which could cause one of these things, i'll post it if i find it again. It was about some person being aware in the state of REM Sleep being able to see those purple and green sparks forming dream images. Although its from a HPPD forum so i wonder in what level it could be posible or true.

One can use your sentence: "DP/DR isn't really visual, but it does have certain visual "feelings", like a tunneling or darkening of the periphery and separation from the surrounding environment" as a legend for the first picture. Can you write a short statement, to be used as figure legend, for the two other pictures as well.
