Is anyone really "typical"? It depends on the company you keep. I've got a list of "disorders" and "dysfunctions" and "syndromes" I can tack onto my signature so long it would send a lot of people running in the other direction if they knew them all! Some places I go are like home to me, I feel welcome and accepted... others I stay away from. On here, "atypical" visuals ARE typical.

Comes from the Greek idios, for "one's own," and pathos, for "suffering." So basically once they label something as idiopathic, it's your own problem, so go deal with it. What an awesome word.
