So, I was just wondering if more people have it, or that it's just me. Because I really hate, esspecialy with homework i can't concentrate, I have to read every sentence 10 times before I remember what it said. God this poll is the best example of it, not 5 seconds after writing it, I am allready forgotten that I did so.

A few people in this forum have manifested concern about the possible irreversibility of 24/7 starbursts/halos, so here's this poll to shed some light (and/or hope!)

Did you live in a heavily chemical polluted area when symptoms STARTED?

I live in a massively industrialized city (mostly chemical). The air smells real bad (especially in summer), the water tastes horrible, etc. Ocassionally you hear of chemical leaks. People are always eager to get out this dunghill, and many suffer rare symptoms that seem to get reduced or even vanish when travelling to healthier locations.

Of course, the cancer rate is real high here.

Do you have ANISOCORIA (unequal size of the pupils)?

Dilated pupils have been polled for and discussed, but not anisocoria (unequal size of the pupils). It was one of my main symptoms since the first attack when I was 18.

Having VS growing up made it difficult to learn to read and concentrate in class and so I did very poorly academicaly.
There were a few areas though in which my percentile scores would be in the high nineties and they all centered around being able to visualize intricate shapes and how moving objects would relate to one another.

Does anyone else here have the ability to close their eyes and build complex devices which work when actually made?

the other day I visited my nuero-optomologist and told him about how a different doctor told me its probably migraine arua. I told him, would this cause my night vision to be extremely worse? He said no, in no way does migraines cause night vision failure. I pushed and pushed on it and told him everyone with this condition has it. He didn't believe me. So here it goes.

Okay this is a poll:

1. How long did it take you to realize you needed to see a doctor?
2. How many times did it take before you were able to be refered to a specialist i.e. neurologist?
3. How many tests did you take and what were they?
4. How many different specialists did you see other than your GP
